Job Title: Lead Bath Installer

Overview: P.J. Fitzpatrick is a leading home improvement company known for providing exceptional service and quality installations. We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Bath Installer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and execute the installation of our top-of-the-line acrylic bath and shower systems, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage bath installation projects from start to finish.
• Perform high-quality installations of acrylic baths and showers within a single day.
• Supervise and train apprentices during installations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
• Work completed primarily at residential properties.
• May require occasional Saturday work based on project needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong ability to cut and install drywall and plywood wall backers, and construct wall templates.
• Proficient in taking accurate measurements and using various power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required.

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
