This role is integral to fostering a love for the game and developing fundamental skills among children aged 18 months-10 years. As a coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive environment that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and skill-building soccer sessions for small groups of children.
• Encourage participation and ensure that all children feel valued and included.
• Monitor the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and participation.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings to enhance coaching skills and stay updated with program developments.

Requirements
