Key Account & Trade Marketing Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account & Trade Marketing Intern to support the management of retail activities and trade marketing activations.
This role offers hands-on experience across commercial operations, product launches, retail execution and brand activations.
What You'll Do
Product Launches & Trade Marketing
- Support the execution of new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activations across Europe.
- Coordinate creative asset requests with internal teams and agencies.
- Follow up on asset delivery and retailer implementation to ensure timely go-live.
- Support the rollout of new launches with retail partners and ensure launch calendars are respected.
Retail Activations & Partnerships
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events and brand activations.
- Research and propose innovative concepts to enhance consumer engagement and brand visibility.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with retailers, brands, influencers and relevant organizations.
- Assist with visual merchandising projects and retail visibility initiatives.
E-Commerce & Retail Excellence
- Conduct PDP audits across retailer websites.
- Monitor product content accuracy, visuals, pricing and promotional activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve content, customer experience and online visibility.
- Support the execution and tracking of e-commerce activations and digital campaigns.
Project Coordination & Commercial Operations
- Participate in internal and external meetings with retailers, agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare meeting recaps and follow up on action items and next steps.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines and key deadlines.
- Support order processing, shipment tracking and operational follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and help keep projects on track.
Competitive Monitoring & Market Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor and retailer benchmarking across online and physical retail environments.
- Monitor competitor launches, promotional activities, pricing strategies and retail execution.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to support commercial opportunities and business growth.
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in beauty, cosmetics and consumer trends.
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint and digital retail platforms.
- Excellent communication and language skills (fluent English required, French or other European languages are a plus) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment.
