Responsibilities:

• Install and configure user's computer systems
• Respond to user IT support requests
• Manage meetings with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
• Provide software support on PCs and laptops, such as troubleshooting, installing, removing a few different software applications (Outlook 365, Windows programs, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
• Administration and configuration (user, groups, reset passwords)
  

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in similar position
• Experience in Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Android System
• Basic knowledge of Networking & Security
• Basic knowledge in Domain Services will be an asset
• Basic knowledge in Office 365 Cloud Platform will be an asset
• MS Windows Server or M365 Certification will be an asset
• Basic knowledge of MacOS will be an asset
