PLANET S.A. is looking for a Junior Consultant to support organizational and digital transformation projects for public and/or private sector organizations.

The role involves participation in consulting projects focusing on process simplification, organizational restructuring, operational improvement, and supporting the adoption of change by user groups and key stakeholders. Ideally, the candidate will have initial experience in Change Management and/or Organizational Management, as well as motivation to participate in consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the mapping and analysis of processes, workflows, and organizational issues.
• Support the implementation of change management activities within organizational or digital transformation projects.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, informational material, and project deliverables.
• Participate in the organization of workshops, meetings, training sessions, and awareness activities.
• Monitor actions, timelines, and action items in collaboration with the project team.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration,  or a related field
• 2 years minimum experience in business analysis and/or change management and/or organizational management and/or relative consulting projects
• Experience using Business Process Management (BPM) tools is considered  an asset
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Very good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within project teams
• Availability for full-time employment with on-site presence at the client’s premises
