We are looking for a skillful Backend Developer to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Salary: PLN 6.000 - 10.000 + VAT (B2B); PLN 6.000 - 8.300 brutto (UZL)

Writing personal-best possible JS/TS code with OOP flavour
Technical involvement in the product - finding ways to improve it
Writing documentation for delivered code

About you - Tech skills & Experience:
At least 6-12 months of commercial experience with Node.js
Understand basic JS concepts (ES 2018+), use Classes, and follow recent additions/functionalities
Basic experience with at least one Node.js backend framework (e.g. Express.js, NestJS, Fastify, etc) - know basic APIs/features, worked on at least 1 project involving such technologies, would be great to have commercial experience in it
Know what OOP is, understand basic good practices and data structures, want to have a SOLID and DRY code with the use of design patterns
Have worked with SQL database (integration wise) with ORM or query builder tool (ie. Prisma, Knex)
Know how to use AI, but understands the consequences of its use and can independently write code without its support

English level B2/C1 to cooperate with American clients
Polish level C1 to communicate easily within the team
