What this role is
The seat for someone who is already closing and now wants their career to compound. You take accounts from outbound-sourced first call to signed contract: run discovery, scope the use case with the customer, drive the NDA, prepare the bootcamp, negotiate, close. YOu will pick up the phone and being in the same room as our customers to close deals fast.
Deepika (GTM Lead) is your mentor: weekly deal reviews, call coaching, and a ramp designed to make you a full account executive in record time. You will not inherit a playbook that is finished, but we want to write it with you.

What you will do
Own your pipeline end to end: discovery, use-case scoping, NDA, bootcamp, negotiation, close
Travel to customers and run on-site bootcamps with operators and C-level
Scope use cases precisely so our FDE team builds the right application
Keep your outbound muscle: you source prospective customers to build your pipeline
Grow existing accounts through expansions and upsells
You will thrive here if you
have closed B2B software deals and know outbound-led sales from the inside
want your ramp measured in months, not years
prefer talking to customers directly to sending out slide decks and one pagers
get curious, not frustrated, when the product evolves next to you
hold your own with members of senior management and C-level, in German
Requirements
Closed deals in B2B sales, ideally outbound-led
German C1 or above, plus solid English
Munich, or ready to relocate
