About this Journeyman or Apprentice Autobody Technician role at CSN Collision
CSN Collision GP is seeking a skilled Journeyman or Apprentice Autobody Technician to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with a commitment to excellence and safety.
As a Journeyman or Apprentice Autobody Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of autobody repair tasks including disassembly, body straightening, dent and scratch repairs, welding, and reassembly in accordance with OEM standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting damaged vehicles and identifying necessary repairs
- Performing structural and cosmetic autobody repairs
- Working with welding equipment to repair or replace damaged parts
- Collaborating closely with estimator, painter, and other technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Following all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Autobody Technician ticket/license or currently registered apprentice in autobody repair
- Experience in collision repair and autobody work preferred (1+ years for apprentices, 3+ years for journeymen)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and work orders
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new repair technologies
