Position Overview:

As an SDET, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhancing our automation testing processes and driving innovation within a leading financial services institution. Your expertise will play a vital role in modernizing our client's business and accelerating software delivery through AI-assisted engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

We are tech transformation specialists, uniting human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions. With over 8,000 CI&Ters around the world, we’ve built partnerships with more than 1,000 clients during our 30 years of history. Your key duties will include:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
• Manage bug tracking, including version control, bug status, and correction priority.
• Implement and advocate for the test pyramid methodology across testing levels.
• Leverage device farms and testing frameworks to enhance test coverage.
• Enhance CI/CD processes through best practices and design patterns.
• Engage in Agile practices and utilize task management tools to ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in automation testing methodologies.
• Strong background in writing automated test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with bug management processes.
• Understanding of the test pyramid and its implementation.
• Knowledge of device farms, testing frameworks, and design patterns.
• Experience working in a mature CI/CD environment.
• Proficient with code versioning tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and task management tools.

Languages:

• Advanced English

Essential Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java and Python.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks.
