We're looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join an international team building highly scalable payment solutions.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and is passionate about quality, automation, API testing, and performance testing.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions.
• Validate REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Perform API contract testing to ensure compatibility between providers and consumers.
• Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and execute performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams throughout the SDLC.
• Identify edge cases, improve test coverage, and help drive quality from the early stages of development.
• Investigate defects, analyze root causes, and support continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Senior-level experience in QA Automation.
• Advanced English (daily communication with international teams).
• Strong experience with API testing using Postman.
• Experience with Contract Testing (PACT or similar frameworks).
• Experience with performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Experience with REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, and REST Assured.
• Experience with mutation testing (PIT) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think through edge cases and complex business scenarios.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in the payments or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of security testing (DAST/OAT).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
