Your Role
As an Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will provide first-class technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through solutions, and ensure every customer receives a professional and efficient support experience.

- Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent Italian (C2 level).
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common software applications.
- Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer support is an advantage but not essential.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
