Job Purpose: The IT Support Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and operation of IT services across the organization’s offices, in alignment with HQ IT guidelines.

Responsibilities/Results

The job holder:

• Is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and continuous operation of IT infrastructure across office locations, ensuring system availability, performance, security, and compliance with HQ standards.
• Oversees IT assets, infrastructure lifecycle, and coordination of external vendors and service providers, including maintenance activities for systems, servers, networks, and telecommunications.
• Manages IT suppliers and service partners, including performance monitoring, coordination, and support in service delivery and negotiations.
• Ensures adherence to IT security and cybersecurity policies, acting as the local coordination point for related communications and escalations.
• Supports IT project implementation within the office environment and ensures operational readiness of new systems and services.
• Acts as the local liaison with HQ Digital Workplace and Cybersecurity teams, as well as relevant external authorities, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of IT-related matters.
• Supervises one IT Support Administrator and provides day-to-day coordination of local IT support activities.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support
• Proficient level of English and Greek
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and networking technologies
• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure services and external vendors
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
