TMGM is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our global IT support team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees across different locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software and networking systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person.
  • Maintain and monitor computer systems, including backups and security systems.
  • Ensure that all hardware and software are up-to-date with the latest patches and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone or by using the internal ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to IT.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft eco-system including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
