ABOUT THE POSITION
IT Operations Specialist at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: You'll establish the IT presence in our growing Vilnius office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while building scalable processes that support the business as it grows. From managing core workplace platforms and providing hands-on technical support to designing structured IT onboarding and cybersecurity training programmes, you'll help create a secure, efficient, and exceptional employee experience across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own day-to-day administration of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Asana, including user provisioning, access management, permissions, and license administration.
- Provide first-line on-site IT support for employees in our Vilnius office across Windows and macOS devices, peripherals, software, and connectivity.
- Monitor device health through N-Able N-sight (or a similar RMM platform), respond to alerts, deploy patches, and maintain endpoint compliance.
- Design and deliver structured IT onboarding sessions that help new employees get productive from day one.
- Build and lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives covering phishing prevention, password hygiene, MFA, secure data handling, and endpoint security.
- Maintain accurate user lifecycle documentation for joiners, movers, and leavers across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the Kaunas IT team on infrastructure improvements, cross-office initiatives, and escalated technical issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal IT processes, security, and user experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, including Teams and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience administering collaboration platforms such as Asana.
- Strong end-user support experience across both Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience working with N-Able N-sight or another Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solution.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including phishing prevention, MFA, endpoint security, and secure data handling.
- Ability to create and deliver training sessions for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions such as Jamf or Intune would be an advantage.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems would be beneficial.
- Previous experience building IT onboarding or cybersecurity awareness programmes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
SALARY: 2360-3135 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
