Our IT team plays an important role in EPOS's internal collaboration and operations. We are responsible for internal technical support for employees and office IT infrastructure including but not limited to IM tool, VPN, A&V devices, network, livestream, assets management etc. We promote the organization to upgrade and improve business collaboration and operational efficiency, and we are the important backend supporter for all business departments of the company.

As a team member, you will work cross-functionally to support our international business and users in KL, Malaysia, and different locations across SEA countries, support basic office IT infrastructure, provide IT services and IT assets management; manage regional projects such as hardware/software upgrade project and company-wide project support e.g. peak sales season readiness, business-specific project e.g. merchant/user experience improvement; involve in regional business expansion projects working on cross-function collaboration from different business units across Southeast Asia, etc.
● Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
● Support VIP/VVIP desktop and event support
● Support event, video conference with understanding knowhow and break fix
● Support and troubleshoot desktop Technology and application like Microsoft Office
● General concept for reporting, dashboard
● With proactive communication with senior executive with quick resolution and follow up plan
● Fast learner on new technology with data driven
● Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
● Team Management with cross country is preferred
● passionate, high performer, fast learner, willing to take ownership
● work overtime required occasionally for emergency, project and VP support
Requirements
● 5+ years of work experience in large enterprise companies
● University degree in computer science or equivalent experience in IT
● Strong knowledge in User & VIP Support and ITIL methodology
● Proven ability of project management
● Strong Communication with different department and stakeholders
● Excellent English and Mandarin (Speaking and writing)
Preferred Requirements:
● Familiar with video & audio principle and techniques in livestream support.
