📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities to inform product development.
• Roadmap & Feature Planning: Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features that align with business and customer goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and successful launches.
• Product Documentation: Develop and maintain user stories, specifications, and other documentation to guide product implementation.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT and QA to ensure features meet high standards of quality and functionality.
• Issue Management: Identify and troubleshoot product issues, collaborating with development and support teams to resolve them effectively.
• Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.

Requirements

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-7 years in product management or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and defining priorities.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Azure Board, Grafana, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Mindset: Adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
