About this Investor Relations Specialist (AI-native Company) role at Sidetrade

Sidetrade is hiring an Investor Relations Specialist, embedded within the Communications team, to shape how the financial community understands its equity story. You will run the daily dialogue with institutional investors, equity analysts, and employee shareholders, with regular exposure to the CFO and CEO on financial communication topics.

Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Master's degree from a programme grande ecole (PGE) de commerce or equivalent.
- Exposure to capital markets or corporate finance through studies, internships, or early professional experience, ideally in equity research, M&A, investor relations, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical instinct: comfortable with financial statements, subscription valuation metrics, and turning financial data into a clear story for investors, analysts, internal stakeholders or journalists.
- Strong writing in English and French: clear, precise financial copy.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to draft and analyze, with the judgment to catch what the model gets wrong.
- Eligible to work in France.
- Direct contact with investors or analysts is a plus, not expected at this level.
