About this Internship People & Culture role at TRAXION
As a People & Culture Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will work closely with colleagues across different teams, and the wider business to help shape and strengthen the employee experience. You will play an active role in our Great Place to Work (GPTW) program, ensuring employees have a voice and helping us turn feedback into meaningful action.
This internship offers the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of impactful projects while gaining valuable insight into how people, culture, and communication contribute to business success. You will have the opportunity to work on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day People & Culture activities, making a real difference for employees across our international organization.
With this internship, you will directly contribute to strengthening our culture, supporting our values, and ensuring that employee feedback drives continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What You'll Do:
🌟 Great Place to Work Program: Support the coordination and execution of our GPTW survey program, helping drive employee participation and engagement across the organization
📣 Employee Communication: Develop engaging communication plans that will be implemented to encourage employee participation and awareness
🤝 Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders and maintain professional communication with external partners, also internationally
📊 Presentations & Insights: Analyze survey results and put them into practical insights that support informed decision-making
🚀 Projects & Operational Support: Add to cross-functional projects while also assisting with day-to-day operational activities
- Hands-on experience in People & Culture projects and initiatives
- Practical collaboration in project management and stakeholder communication
- Experience working with employee engagement surveys, data interpretation, and action planning
- Full ownership of meaningful projects, supported by experienced colleagues and mentors
- Insight into how organizational culture influences employee engagement and business success
We are looking for someone who:

Is currently studying Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a different relevant field

Is a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different teams

Is proactive, detail-oriented, with a natural drive to take ownership and turn ideas into action

Has strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, German is a plus
What Do We Offer?
🚀 Duration: at least 5 months starting September 2026
