This position is based in Rennes, France.

 

Within our People Partnering (HR) team, you will be a key contributor to our day-to-day HR operations. This 6-month internship offers a comprehensive and hands-on overview of human resources, working closely with internal and external stakeholders based in France.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Personnel Administration & Onboarding

  • Handle personnel administration tasks (occupational health visits, health insurance, meal vouchers, pre-hiring declarations, on-call tracking).
  • Prepare variable payroll elements for the payroll team.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees (administrative files, internal tools, first-day coordination).

HR Information Systems

  • Administer and update data in Personio.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system settings for the French scope.

Reporting

  • Produce and monitor key HR indicators (headcount, absenteeism, turnover).

Training

  • Handle the administrative follow-up of training files with the OPCO.

Recruitment & Internships

  • Coordinate observation internship campaigns.
  • Provide ad hoc support to recruitment activities.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Master's level student (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Employment Law, Management, or a Business School with an HR specialisation
  • Comfortable with office tools (especially Excel); prior experience with an HRIS is a plus
  • Rigorous, organised, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional discretion
  • Operational level of English appreciated (international environment)
