Alliance America, a trusted leader in wealth management and insurance services for over 40 years, is growing—and we’re looking for a driven, detail-focused Internal Sales Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Bradenton, FL.
This role is ideal for someone early in their insurance career who wants to learn the business from the inside, support high-performing producers, and develop toward more advanced sales or case management roles over time.
This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) supporting our VP of Insurance Sales and a nationwide network of independent financial advisors. Because this is an on-site role, you’ll benefit from daily, in-person interaction with leadership and advisors—gaining hands-on learning, real-time feedback, and visibility with a collaborative, tight-knit team
What You’ll Do
- Support the VP of Insurance Sales with day-to-day internal sales support, follow-up, and case coordination.
- Run life and annuity illustrations and assist with basic case design and product comparisons, with training provided.
- Partner with outside financial advisors by answering product and case questions and providing timely case status updates.
- Prepare, review, and process insurance applications and related paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Scrub documents, order exams and requirements, track case progress, and help keep every file moving forward.
- Assist with agent contracting, licensing, and appointment processing as part of our internal sales support function.
- Help route and respond to commission-related questions.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM/client databases.
- Provide high-quality service to advisors, clients, and internal team members in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience (insurance or financial services a strong plus).
- Interest in building a long-term career in insurance, annuities, or financial services—not just a temporary admin role.
- Familiarity with life insurance and annuity products is a plus, or a strong desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or agency management systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with a positive, professional attitude.
- Must be able to work on-site in Bradenton, FL on a full-time basis.
Licensing & Growth
- Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Annuity license.
- Exposure to internal sales processes, annuity and life case design, and advisor support workflows.
- Direct mentorship and day-to-day visibility with the VP of Insurance Sales and experienced advisors.
- Clear path to grow into more advanced roles in insurance sales support, case management, or internal wholesaling over time.
