The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for an Internal New Car Service Advisor with Rallye BMW! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team, who is able to influence the volume of the service business and plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and personalized automotive experience. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with BMW/German Vehicle Advisor experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Generate and manage internal repair orders (ROs) for all incoming new BMW vehicles.
• Ensure all BMW pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), manufacturer-required services, and recalls are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate with the sales team to meet expected delivery timelines for sold vehicles.
• Communicate with technicians and the parts department to ensure parts availability and timely completion of service tasks.
• Verify that all vehicle systems, software, and accessories are functioning correctly before delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records for compliance with BMW factory guidelines and warranty requirements.
• Schedule vehicle transport to detail and accessory installation vendors, if needed.
• Conduct final quality control checks on vehicles prior to delivery.
• Support the inventory team with lot management by ensuring new units are properly fueled, cleaned, and moved to the front line / showroom / loaner service.

PAY RANGE: $60,000 (Salary + Commission)

Requirements

• German Car Brand/BMW Service Advisor Experience Preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK computer system preferred).
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
• Professional personal appearance.
