This role is responsible for managing and growing digital commercial partnerships to drive discovery, engagement, and revenue for Sony Music CAC artists and catalog. This role leads to strategic pitching and campaign development across Digital Service Providers (DSPs), New Business, Licensing & Sync, and works cross-functionally to ensure our artists are prioritized across key platforms.

It ensures that Sony’s CAC artists are properly represented across all Digital Service Providers (DSP’s) and how they can be more easily discoverable by the DSP’s algorithms, Search Engines and Editorial teams. It also is responsible for connecting artists with corporate brands to create sponsorships, endorsements, and experiential marketing opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Support social media strategy development for artists and owned brands.
• Collaborate in the creation and planning of content across various digital channels.
• Research digital, cultural, and industry trends to generate new content ideas.
• Support the execution of editorial calendars and campaign launches.
• Provide support in the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and gather digital assets required for campaigns and projects.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to measure performance and results.
• Support product and merchandise management for e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in inventory reviews and website content updates.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and online store performance.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance, and inventory levels.
• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize results.

Who You Are:

• Currently enrolled students pursuing a degree in Marketing or Advertising. Academic transcript is required.
• Intermediate-Advanced or Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to demonstrate language skills.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, music, entertainment, and cultural trends, with a constant curiosity for digital innovations and emerging technologies.
• Availability to work on-site at our Escazú Village office.
• Creative individuals with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience working on real-world marketing and e-commerce projects.
• Exposure to the entertainment industry and brand management.
• Development of skills in digital marketing, data analytics, and content creation.
