About this Intern role at Zeta
Responsibilities
Support the design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
Drive program operations, including stakeholder communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Analyze program data and feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.
Conduct research, analyze trends, and develop point-of-view documents on emerging topics, including AI and workplace learning.
Create, curate, and manage communication content such as blogins, learning resources, presentations, and internal campaigns.
Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Creative mindset with an eye for content, design, and engagement.

Familiarity with technology and AI tools, and willingness to leverage them for enhanced output and productivity.
Experience and Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed Master's degree (HR/ Psychology, or related fields).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with Canva, presentation design, or basic content creation is an added advantage.

Prior internship, campus leadership, or event management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
