Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Learning & Organization Development team at Zeta on high-impact initiatives spanning AI, DEIB, capability building, and large-scale people programs. This role offers significant ownership and exposure to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.

  • Drive program operations, including stakeholder communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.

  • Analyze program data and feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.

  • Conduct research, analyze trends, and develop point-of-view documents on emerging topics, including AI and workplace learning.

  • Create, curate, and manage communication content such as blogins, learning resources, presentations, and internal campaigns.

  • Skills

    • Strong interest in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or People Practices.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

    • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Creative mindset with an eye for content, design, and engagement.

    • Familiarity with technology and AI tools, and willingness to leverage them for enhanced output and productivity.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Pursuing or recently completed Master's degree (HR/ Psychology, or related fields).

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

    • Experience with Canva, presentation design, or basic content creation is an added advantage.

    • Prior internship, campus leadership, or event management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
