About the Job:

• Analyze Jira tickets and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain application features.
• Participate in two-week development sprints.
• Contribute to code reviews and follow the team’s development standards.
• Collaborate with team members to propose robust, maintainable solutions aligned with client needs.
• Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and security.
• Clearly communicate ideas, recommendations, and technical arguments.

Requirements

• Experience in Java development.
• Availability during our working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with regular sprints.
