About the role
A Intermediate Data Analyst is responsible for turning data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions. As part of this role, you will work closely with our product groups and you will be a significant part in the decision-making while proactively guiding our business growth, based on data analyses and statistical research. You will work independently and as a team member on the most interesting and innovative analyses available while reinventing eCommerce in the food, beverage & retail industry. What you'll do:
- Turn data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions for our Retail Media team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor business performance.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
- Conduct exploratory analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and business improvements.
- Build scalable analytical solutions while leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and workflows.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear and structured way.
- Create presentations and communicate data-driven stories tailored to different audiences.
- Document analyses, methodologies, and business processes to ensure knowledge sharing and governance.
- Prioritize multiple requests while supporting different business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Previous experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience documenting analyses, methodologies, and business processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Comfortable presenting insights and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Interest in AI tools and applying them to analytical and reporting workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks.
- Experience with AI tools such as Genie AI, Cursor, Claude, or similar.
- Knowledge of storytelling with data and presentation design.
- Spanish proficiency.
