About this Interim Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist role at Liquid Personnel
What will your responsibilities be?
The successful candidate will lead on continuous improvement, inspection readiness, CQC assurance activity, safeguarding, governance, policy development, and compliance across in-house provider services. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help ensure services are safe, effective, compliant, and prepared for inspections and assurance activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Significant experience in Adult Social Care quality assurance and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and inspection processes.
- Experience in safeguarding, audits, governance, and service improvement.
- Ability to support and influence senior leaders and operational teams.
Working Arrangements: The role requires travel across service locations throughout Bristol. Flexible working is available, including home working and Microsoft Teams, with approximately 2-3 days per week on site.
