As an Integration & Support Intern at Scalapay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and onboarding of our merchant partners, ensuring smooth processes that comply with our high standards as a regulated payment institution. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Tech, and Operations teams, you will gain valuable experience in the Dynamic World of BNPL.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment systems on merchant platforms and instore.
- Provide operational assistance pre- and post-integration, addressing queries and resolving issues as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
- Analysis and monitoring of KPI, orders flow and level of service.
You’ll be Great for this Role if You:
- Proficiency with standard tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Database);
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy;
- A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to learn;
- At least B2 level of English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with tech tools (jira) + Base of SQL
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure;
- Great communication skills with a proven ability to work in teams and collaborate across different departments;
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
