Key Responsibilities
Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into lasting policies
Consulting with clients to assess their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
Selling and cross-selling insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial lines)
Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support and regular policy reviews
Consistently meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and sales targets
Staying current on industry products and maintaining compliance
Managing leads, follow-ups, and renewals through CRM systems
Participating in team meetings and collaborating on strategies for long-term agency and client success
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
A willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
