Position Summary
Lead ICT procurement planning, requirements development, solicitation support, systems integration acquisition strategy, evaluations, and implementation advisory. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in ICT or related; 10+ years large-scale IT procurement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical services in accordance with MCC requirements
• Support international donor-funded procurements
• Prepare reports, training materials, and recommendations
• Travel internationally as required
• Ensure compliance, quality, and stakeholder engagement
