As our Influencer / Brand Relations & Content Creator, you'll be our local driving force in Palma. You don't wait for briefs. You proactively build relationships with influencers and brands, create compelling content on the ground, and help make Soulhouse a well-known lifestyle brand across the island.

As our Influencer / Brand Relations & Content Creator, you'll be our local driving force in Palma. You don't wait for briefs. You proactively build relationships with influencers and brands, create compelling content on the ground, and help make Soulhouse a well-known lifestyle brand across the island.

• Your Responsibilities: Influencer Relations Identify, reach out to, and manage local influencers and creators, building authentic, long-term partnerships that strengthen the Soulhouse brand.

• Content Creation: Create Reels, Stories, photos, and social media content that captures the Mallorca lifestyle while working closely with our Social Media Manager at HQ to bring campaigns and ideas to life.

• Local Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, gyms, concept stores, wellness businesses, and lifestyle brands to increase local brand awareness and drive community engagement.

• Events & Activations: Plan and execute intimate local events, coordinate studio visits, and manage influencer appointments and collaborations.

• Market Insights & Expansion: Use your understanding of the local market to provide valuable consumer insights and recommendations that support Soulhouse's continued expansion across Spain.

• Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with HQ, sharing updates on activities, campaign performance, and key learnings.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, social media, or a related field.
• Network & Local Knowledge: You live in Palma de Mallorca, have an established local network, and understand the local influencer and creator landscape.
• Content Skills: You have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends, with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content across different platforms.
• Working Style :You are hands-on, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working independently. You enjoy building things from the ground up and take ownership without waiting for instructions.
• Tools: You're confident using tools such as Microsoft 365, Claude, Asana, and Modash.

• Spanish: Intermediate proficiency
• German: Intermediate proficiency
