The PITCH

The Director, CAIT, India, will be responsible for the launch, productization, and scaling of the Creator, Affiliate, Influencer & Talent (CAIT) function in the Indian market. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and talent partnerships. The successful candidate will act as a centralized subject matter expert, integrating with existing teams to ensure best-in-class delivery of all creator and influencer work and helping clients increase social media ad views and deliver cultural relevancy.

Here’s where you come in.

• The Strategy & Client Consult Hustle
  1. Own the Strategic Intake: Partner with India account teams and CAIT leadership during campaign intake. You’ll decode what the client actually needs, ask the sharp questions, and brief your strategy teams to win.
  2. Ultimate Quality Gatekeeper: Lead the day-to-day influencer strategy team. Review, elevate, and approve all strategic frameworks, platform shooting guides, and content principles before they touch a client.              3. Casting & Sourcing Calibration: Guard the casting process. Consult on and review influencer sourcing lists to ensure talent recommendations perfectly map to brand strategies and target demographics—whether that's locking down the hottest Gen Z breakout on Instagram or scaling hyper-local regional creators.
  4. Internal & External Evangelist: Be the resident expert on the Indian influencer ecosystem. Educate and inspire account teams and clients on how to strategically leverage creators to drive real-world business outcomes.

• Execution, Partnerships & Scale
  1. Drive Execution Excellence: Direct and mentor the day-to-day execution team. You are the final line of defense and approval for all execution outputs, briefs, and creator communications.
  2. Weaponize Your Rolodex: Develop a powerful, active network of talent managers, creators, and agents across India to secure efficient, highly strategic, and effective negotiations on behalf of our clients.                  3. Real-Time Optimization: Don't just set it and forget it. Identify ongoing, mid-campaign opportunities for strategic partnerships with talent to optimize performance across active campaigns (seeding, gifting, affiliate, etc.).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             4.Operational Blueprinting: Adapt and implement CAIT workflows for the Indian landscape, including mastering rights, contracting, and compliance
  from micro-influencers to Bollywood-level celebs.

• Productization, Growth & The CAIT Narrative
  1.Drive Business Adoption: Partner with account teams to pitch CAIT services to existing retainer clients and net-new business, aggressively chasing a target where 15-25% of all retainer client social accounts integrate CAIT services.
  2. Own the Case Study Loop: Personally spearhead the development of killer, data-driven post-campaign case studies (with your team’s support).
  3. Sell the Value: Weaponize these case studies during new business pitches to prove ROI, highlight how we scale social ad views and user-generated
  content (UGC), and pull in incremental revenue.
