What You'll Get to Do
The Inbox Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for incoming customer quote and project requests. This role is responsible for reviewing requests, gathering basic information, prioritizing based on urgency, and routing opportunities to the appropriate estimator or team.
Job responsibilities include
• Monitor and manage incoming customer requests through shared inboxes and other communication channels.
• Review customer requests to determine the appropriate next steps and assign them to the correct estimator or department.
• Maintain accurate records and update tracking systems as required.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and customer needs.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams to support timely responses.
• Assist with administrative and coordination activities to support the estimating team.
• Support with administrative related work with other administrators.
What We Are Looking For
• Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems through training.
