This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as an Implementational Planning Executive within the UK local team.

As Implementational Planning Executive, you are critical to the local delivery of this ambition; working closely with the manager and Directors across all lines of business, you will be a key interface for our clients and lead planning projects from start to finish, acting as the conduit who brings together our specialists to deliver exceptional work.

You will support in the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring flow and accuracy of work and that the campaign management process follows best practice. You are across all communications, managing day to day workflows and finance to deliver best practice account and workload management, alongside upskilling yourself in the UK media marketplace and plans. The Implementational Planning function is a key function, pulling together media experts in locally activated channels (AV, OOH, Audio, IO-led digital) to create multi-channel plans with adherence to client briefs, alongside data-driven narratives.

You will build a strong relationship with EU Hub contacts and become a trusted partner – being the conduit between local and regional teams. With a strong focus on implementational planning, this role is ideal for an individual who has in-channel offline or online planning expertise, or has previously worked in an activation role, and is keen to broaden their skillset to other channels.

In This Role, You Will: Media planning craft:

  • Develop a baseline of media planning knowledge across channels.
  • Learn and use media systems and tools including, but limited to, Open, TGI, Pathmatics, AdIntel, etc.
  • Run and analyse reports including audience insights, etc.
  • Need an inquisitive and curious mindset, wanting to understand and learn more about media planning.
  • Build your own knowledge by staying on top of the latest trends and news impacting the media industry.

Campaign Management:

  • Learn the fundamentals of effective campaign management including updating schematics, providing media plans to clients, chasing creative, etc.
  • Assist with financial processes e.g. PO trackers, bookings, reconciliations, queries.
  • Work closely with activation teams to deliver responses and tactical plans.

Effective Communication:

  • Update internal and external status reports.
  • Coordinate the regular meetings with the client and creative agency and collation of documents for those meetings.
  • Work with your line manager to deliver your objectives and goals in line with your role and agency vision.
