Requirements
What you'll do
- To be the one LEAP point of contact for SME clients throughout their LEAP implementation
- Set expectations about the data transition and implementation
- Maintain successful relationships with external Consultants
- Control risk and minimise uncertainty for clients
- Manage pipeline and make sure projects are completed to a high standard
- Attend installation, obtain data sign off & successfully hand over to Client Success Manager
- Evaluate implementations and provide feedback on areas of improvement
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role, preferably in SaaS
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand and recommend solutions within the scope of the software and Partner Network role.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
- Self-motivated to innovate within the job and look for new opportunities both within the team and the Partner Network.
- Ensure ongoing conformity with organisational security policies, standards, procedures, and control frameworks, including risk management and incident management processes
