Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary of Titan Wealth. Our focus is providing best-in-class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Our mission is to help businesses and their employees explore, set, and achieve their financial goals.
To provide a professional, welcoming and efficient front of house service, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues. The role is responsible for creating a positive first impression of the business, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly, supporting day-to-day office operations, and delivering high standards of customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of meeting and greeting visitors
Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
Oversee both incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Be responsible for maintaining a tidy organised and professional reception area
Support basic facilities coordination including meeting room organisation, office setup and general admin support as required.
Set up meeting rooms, equipment and catering for visitors if required
Oversee offices & kitchen supplies including stationary
Support basic health & safety coordination
Essential Skills, qualities and Experience required:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Essential Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Essential)
A Levels of equivalent
Interest in communications, business administration, or operations (Desirable)
Key Interfaces (Internal and External)
External visitors including clients
Client support teams
Operations Teams
External suppliers
