About this HVAC Sales & Service Technician role at Freedomsolarpower
Power Your Comeback Story: Become an HVAC Sales & Service Technician
Austin, TX | Full-Time | On-Site
Some jobs fix furnaces. This one rewires an entire industry — and puts you at the center of it.
Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas's complete whole-house energy company. We don't just install equipment. We hand homeowners the keys to something bigger: control over their energy, their bills, and their future. We call it Energy Empowerment, and it's not a tagline — it's the reason we show up every day.
If you've got HVAC in your hands and hustle in your blood, this is your shot to do more than turn wrenches. You'll walk into homes as a trusted advisor, diagnose what's really going on, and help families see what's possible with a smarter, more efficient system. Solar, batteries, generators, high-efficiency HVAC — you'll be the technical voice behind a whole-home energy transformation, with a direct path into leadership as we scale.
