Human Resources Intern (100%)
Starting date: September 2026, 6 months contract
Your role:
Join our People team of three passionate professionals in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment where people are at the heart of everything we do. As our HR Intern, you will play a key role in bringing this mission to life by ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From supporting new hires before they join us to managing essential HR administration and contributing to office operations, you'll help create an outstanding workplace where our people can thrive. Working closely with the HR Generalist and the Office Manager, you'll contribute to both day-to-day operations and exciting cross-functional projects that shape our employee experience.
What you will own:
Human Resources (60%):
- Employee Lifecycle Administration: Coordinate HR administrative processes, including preparing employment contracts and amendments, maintaining employee records and HR systems, handling work permits and other employment-related documentation, processing accident and APG declarations.
- Recruitment Administration: Support the recruitment process by publishing job advertisements, liaising with universities and schools, and coordinating interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding : Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners by collaborating with hiring managers, preparing onboarding plans and agendas, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience.
- HR Operations: Support the HR Generalist with any other day-to-day administrative tasks, HR Projects, process improvement, and coordination of HR initiatives.
Office Management (40%):
- Office Management Support: Assist the Office Manager with office administration, supplier orders, workspace management, and a variety of operational projects to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- IT & Internal Tools Coordination: Coordinate access to internal systems and tools for new hires and departing employees.
- Projects & Events Support: Provide administrative and operational support for internal projects, company events and culture initiatives, helping to foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
Your profile:
- You have completed a CFC as an Office Clerk (CFC Employé(e) de commerce) ideally in an HR or administrative environment, or you are currently pursuing further studies in a related field.
- You are fluent in French and have a good command of English (minimum B2 level), allowing you to communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- You are comfortable using standard office tools and quickly adapt to new systems and software.
- You are proactive, approachable, and service-oriented, with a genuine interest in supporting employees and contributing to a positive workplace experience.
- You demonstrate discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- You are a collaborative spirit who thrives on building meaningful connections throughout the company, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently to achieve our shared goals.
