Job Responsibilities:
The HR Operations Manager leads the HR Operations function, ensuring the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role oversees HR administration, onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, social insurance, and HR services, while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll to deliver an efficient employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring all hiring documents are complete and onboarding activities are executed smoothly.
- Manage employment contracts, HR letters, employee files, and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle all social insurance processes and coordinate with the relevant government authorities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Payroll to ensure timely employee onboarding and accurate employee data.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor HR Operations activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality service.
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 - 10 years of HR experience, including experience in HR Operations and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Team leadership and stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
