We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with business leaders in driving people strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can align business objectives with people initiatives, influence leadership decisions, and foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture.
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing strategic HR guidance while driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, retention strategies, and workforce planning. You will leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver impactful HR programs that enhance business performance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and HR leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic HR consulting and advisory support to managers on leadership development, team effectiveness, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and improve employee experience.
- Drive performance management processes to build a high-performance culture and support continuous employee development.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement talent management, learning and development, rewards, and organizational development initiatives.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce attrition.
- Utilize compensation and benefits principles to support talent attraction, retention, and performance initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics including attrition, employee engagement, workforce demographics, and talent data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Champion organizational values, HR best practices, and continuous improvement while ensuring operational excellence across HR processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders in dynamic organizations.
- Strong expertise in Performance Management, Attrition Reduction, and Stakeholder Management.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and influence strategic people decisions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and change management.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives while delivering operational excellence.
