Ενίσχυση του Γραφείου Αρωγής Χρηστών (Helpdesk) σε καθεστώς ημιαπασχόλησης, για την πρώτου επιπέδου υποστήριξη στους χρήστες των ψηφιακών υπηρεσιών που παρέχει η ΕΔΥΤΕ Α.Ε. στην Ακαδημαϊκή και Ερευνητική κοινότητα.

Έναρξη συνεργασίας: Σεπτέμβριος 2026.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης:

· Παροχή υπηρεσιών τηλεφωνικής και γραπτής εξυπηρέτησης χρηστών και τεχνικής υποστήριξης 1ου επιπέδου με χρήση σύγχρονων εργαλείων (ticketing system, Call Center, κλπ).

· Επιβεβαίωση ορθής λειτουργίας των εφαρμογών.

· Συγγραφή εγχειριδίων χρήσης.

Requirements

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/ή υποψήφιος/α για τη θέση θα πρέπει να διαθέτει τα παρακάτω προσόντα:

· Φοιτητές σχολών Πληροφορικής Α.Ε.Ι.

Άριστος χειρισμός τόσο του γραπτού όσο και του προφορικού λόγου.

O/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιός/α διαθέτει δυναμικό και υπεύθυνο χαρακτήρα με άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και με ενδιαφέρον για τη συνεχή ανάπτυξη των γνώσεων και ικανοτήτων του. Θα πρέπει να διακρίνεται από άριστη επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, αναλυτική σκέψη, αποτελεσματικότητα υπό συνθήκες στενότητας χρόνου και ομαδικό πνεύμα

About GRNET S.A.

GRNET – National Infrastructures for Research and Technology, provides networking and cloud computing services to academic and research institutions, to educational bodies at all levels, and to agencies of the public, broader public and private sector. GRNET is also the National Research and Education Network (NREN).

In order to reach its goals, GRNET undertakes projects, initiatives and other activities related to information technology, digital technology, communication, e-governance, new and open technologies, including new big data technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and in general, to the promotion, dissemination and transfer of know-how regarding network and computing technologies and their applications, to research and development, education and to the promotion of Digital Transformation.
