About the Role
The Healthcare Services (HCS) Associate supports the end-to-end delivery of APE, PEME, and ECU programs—coordinating on-site activities, managing provider and client logistics, ensuring accurate documentation, and resolving member concerns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and works well across clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution of on-site APE activities
Coordinate all logistics, scheduling, provider concerns, and client requirements are managed effectively to guarantee seamless and high-quality Onsite APE delivery.
Coordinate and assist in end-to-end APE, PEME, and ECU process
Processing of endorsement requests, confirmation of clinic schedules, and alignment of requirements with accredited service providers.
Manage logistics, scheduling coordination, and operational requirements in close collaboration with providers, clients, and internal teams.
Support Senior HCS Associate with non-standard APE tasks and deliverables
Manage documentation, results consolidation, and uploading of APE records
Upload APE results within SLAs, verifying completeness and accuracy upon receipt, and escalating discrepancies or missing data to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
Confirm that all entries are accurately captured, complete, and filed in designated systems in support of timely financial processing of APE payments to partner clinics
Facilitate resolution of member-facing concerns
Ensure member concerns are addressed promptly and escalated appropriately with proper documentation.
Proactively identifying and escalating risks, issues, or service disruptions to the Senior Associate to ensure continuity and quality of service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any related field (e.g., Business Administration, Health Sciences, Nursing, or similar).
At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, medical/health services administration, HR/benefits administration, or a similar operations/logistics role.
Familiarity with APE, PEME, or ECU processes, or experience working with medical/clinic providers is an advantage.
Strong organizational smiwith the ability to manage multiple schedules, providers, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in documentation, data accuracy, and SLA compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks early and escalate appropriately.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with case management or health information systems is a plus.
Ability to manage time-sensitive, detail-heavy tasks with minimal supervision
Willing to travel to client sites within Metro Manila and nearby provinces
