Compensation: $240,000 on-target first-year earnings ($120k base + $120k bonus with up to 2x multiplier)

Equity: 0.5–1%

Visa O-1 / H-1B sponsorship, where applicable

  • Relocation: International and intra-US relocation packages available, if with appropriate Visa

  • Achieved industry-leading engagement, transaction volumes, and referrals from paying members, with a large and growing waitlist seeking access.
  • Built a proactive, conversational product described as "magic" by our members.

The Head of Growth:

Aurora is looking for a Head of Growth to own the end-to-end expansion of our member community.

You will define and lead our D2C growth strategy across every channel — product, social, digital, content, partnerships, community, and beyond — attracting, converting, and growing the accounts of the most sought-after customers in the world.

Working directly with the CEO, you will build a magnetic function that captures the interest, engagement, and conviction of the most discerning customers across the globe.

You will build a team of specialist executors, using technology to automate where possible and human craft & taste where it matters.

This is an opportunity to establish the definitive product in a market of slow-moving, non-technology-enabled incumbents, empowering the relationships, exploration, and longevity of those bold enough to move humanity forward.

What you'll do:

  • Report directly to the CEO and own engagement and conversion strategy across all touchpoints.
  • Define and own a multi-channel growth strategy that magnetizes and retains the world's most valuable customers within Aurora's ecosystem.
  • Lead Aurora's external content strategy and execution across social, editorial, in-person, and specialist distribution channels.
  • Own the strategy — and oversee the execution — of Aurora events, experiences, and brand activations, ensuring they reinforce our narrative and cultural position while driving conversions, engagement, and renewals.
  • Own conversions and renewals, ensuring Aurora curates the highest-signal community of athletes, creatives, and founders globally — starting with the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Build and manage a team of specialist executors, own the growth budget, and define KPIs across the function.

Who you are:

  • High Leverage: You have an exceptional ability to identify a company's core growth drivers, and you think across physical, digital, media, partnership, community, and product-led channels. You can manage both digital and human-led growth mechanics as part of a defined funnel, and you build high-leverage functions that prize conviction & trust over reach.
  • Tastemaker: You have exceptional taste, aesthetics, and copywriting ability — a deep understanding of the customer, culture, and mentality of our market — and an exceptional pulse on cultural moments and what makes things stand out. Crucially, you turn taste into a repeatable engine: converting brand instinct into an actionable, repeatable strategy that builds trust, magnetism, and intrigue.
  • Scaler: You have a strong understanding of — and instinct for — modern distribution channels: how products and ideas travel across social, cultural, and niche channels to reach high-value audiences. You build narrative and objectives into every touchpoint, and you build autonomous systems that discover, test, and act on new growth strategies.
  • Operator: You execute ruthlessly, plan and research diligently, and curate tastefully. You're exceptionally organized — managing complex budgets, timelines, briefs, and strategies in unison, hitting deadlines and objectives on time. You track, assess, and act on both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, and you work cross-functionally with product, operations, and partnerships to maximize Aurora's access, member experience, and opportunities.
  • High Conviction: You can withstand scrutiny and hold conviction, with the confidence to make asks and drive an agenda working directly alongside the CEO. You're hungry, learn fast, and believe in seeking truth above all else.
  • Proven: You have a track record of growing products, services, or initiatives among niche communities with exceptional results.
