About Oleria

Oleria provides adaptive and autonomous identity security solutions to protect and enable today's dynamic enterprise. Our platform delivers unparalleled fine-grained access visibility, including usage insights at the individual resource level, so CISOs can confidently answer: Who has access to what? How did they get it? What are they doing with it?

With our recent launch of Adaptive Identity Governance, we have a massive opportunity to disrupt the legacy IGA market. We're replacing multi-year, multi-million dollar deployments with a data-first, AI-native platform that gets organizations governed in under an hour. It's a wide-open market, and we're just getting started.

Founded by cybersecurity veterans Jim Alkove and Jagadeesh Kunda, who built and secured platforms used by billions globally, we've raised $60M+ from Evolution Equity Partners, Salesforce Ventures, Tapestry VC, Zscaler, and other technology luminaries. Our Fortune 500 and public sector clients trust us to protect millions of users worldwide.

We're proud to be recognized as a LinkedIn Best Startup and a Best Startup to Work For by Built In. Join a well-funded team with real traction, a game-changing new product, and a mission to deliver identity security that sets your business free.

The Mission

You own the systems backbone that the entire GTM org runs on. Salesforce is the system of record, Pardot drives marketing automation, and Clay powers data enrichment and outbound workflows — you administer all three, keep them connected, and make sure data flows cleanly between them so Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success can trust what they're looking at.

This is a builder's role, not a ticket queue. You're joining as Oleria stands up a more sophisticated GTM motion, which means the stack itself needs to be designed, not just maintained — object models, automation, integrations, and reporting infrastructure that scale as the team adds new tools and new headcount. You'll be the technical partner that RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders come to when they have a problem to solve, not just a feature to configure.

What You Ship

  • Salesforce administration: user management, data hygiene, declarative builds (Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets), and the reporting infrastructure leadership relies on
  • Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) management: engagement programs, automation rules, lead scoring/grading, completion actions, and campaign attribution reporting
  • Clay workflows: enrichment waterfalls, data orchestration, and signal routing that feed clean, actionable records into Salesforce and outbound tooling
  • Cross-system integrations: keeping Salesforce, Pardot, and Clay (plus adjacent tools — sales engagement platforms, enrichment sources, Slack-based workflows) talking to each other without data drift or sync failures
  • Data quality governance: deduplication logic, field-level standards, and enrichment hygiene so GTM data can actually be trusted for decision-making
  • Automation design: translating manual, repetitive processes across Sales and Marketing into Flows, Clay tables, or middleware automations (Zapier/Workato/n8n-class tools)
  • AI-driven workflow improvements: identifying where AI tooling (research agents, enrichment, personalization) can replace manual GTM busywork, and actually shipping it
  • Stakeholder partnership: translating business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders into system configurations — asking the right questions rather than just executing what's literally requested
  • Documentation and change management: keeping system documentation current and driving adoption when you roll out a new process or tool change
  • What We Look For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS or revenue operations environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in Flows, validation rules, custom objects, reports, and permission management)
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement — building automation, lead scoring, and attribution reporting yourself, not delegating it
  • Practical experience with Clay for data enrichment, workflow automation, or signal routing — you can build an enrichment waterfall, not just describe one
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Zapier, Workato, Tray, or similar) to connect systems and debug integration failures
  • An analytical, business-analyst mindset: you ask thoughtful questions to find the underlying problem rather than just doing what was asked
  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and how CRM data models map to Sales, Marketing, and CS workflows
  • Project management instincts: you can manage multiple in-flight requests, communicate status proactively, and keep stakeholders informed without being chased
  • You're AI-native in how you work — comfortable using AI tools to speed up enrichment, personalization, or research inside your GTM workflows
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong Engage) or conversation intelligence tools (Gong)
  • Salesforce CPQ administration or implementation experience
  • SQL fluency and comfort working in a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex basics, or LWC for more advanced declarative/programmatic builds
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, identity, or other technical/compliance-heavy B2B SaaS markets
  • Experience building or maintaining a GTM stack at a scaling startup with limited resources, where you had to design systems from scratch rather than inherit them
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator)
