About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who's spent real time in the trenches of growth — not someone who's only ever run ads. This is a role for a technical marketer who understands the full growth stack: paid acquisition, workflow automation, and B2B positioning, ideally sharpened through agency experience.
You'll work closely with our internal team, taking ownership of campaigns and processes rather than waiting to be told what to do.
What You'll Do
Own and execute growth marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels
Build and maintain marketing workflows and automations
Bring a B2B lens to campaign strategy and execution
Report on real, measurable deliverables — not vanity metrics
Collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional team members
What We're Looking For
5–6+ years of total marketing experience
Hands-on paid ads/paid media experience — but not exclusively an ads background. We want someone who's worked more broadly in growth marketing
Agency experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to build out workflows and processes from scratch
Strong B2B marketing experience
Comfortable with tools like Figma, Python, Zapier, or similar (nice-to-have, not required)
Prior experience managing 1–2 direct reports is fine; candidates who've managed large teams are likely not the right fit — this role is hands-on, not managerial
Clear, fluent English communication
What Won't Work
Candidates whose entire background is running ads with no broader growth experience
Entry-level or marketing-assistant-level candidates
Candidates who can't clearly articulate real campaign outcomes and deliverables
