The Role

Our client is looking for an ambitious early-career marketer who wants to become an exceptional growth marketer. This role is ideal for someone who loves learning, enjoys solving problems with data, and is excited to build deep expertise in paid acquisition.

During your first six months, your primary focus will be mastering Meta Ads. Once you've built a strong foundation, you'll expand into Google Ads while developing a rigorous hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation. You'll report directly to the Head of Growth & Performance Marketing and gain exposure to how commercial decisions are made across a high-growth DTC business.

Our does not expect you to know everything on day one. They do expect you to become someone who continuously teaches yourself new ideas, challenges existing assumptions with evidence, and raises the standard of how we acquire customers.

What You'll Do In Your First 6 Months

  • Own the day-to-day execution, optimisation and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Develop strong fundamentals in campaign structure, bidding, attribution and performance analysis.
  • Learn Google Ads through close overlap with Meta Ads while building transferable performance marketing skills.
  • Design and run structured experiments across creatives, hooks, messaging, personas, offers and audience strategies.
  • Document learnings from every experiment and contribute to an internal testing playbook.
  • Work closely with Brand and Creative teams to turn performance insights into stronger creative assets.

How The Role Evolves

After building strong execution fundamentals, your role shifts from operating campaigns to becoming an independent growth thinker. You'll be expected to identify where the next growth opportunities come from, develop well-reasoned hypotheses, propose experiments, interpret results with confidence, and continuously improve how we approach scaling across Meta and Google Ads. The goal is not simply to manage bigger budgets, but to become someone who helps shape how the team thinks about growth.

What Success Looks Like After One Year

  • Can independently manage and scale Meta and Google Ads with minimal guidance.
  • Doesn't wait for tasks, but proactively identifies the next experiments worth running.
  • Can explain why performance changed, not just what changed.
  • Uses structured testing frameworks instead of making ad hoc optimisation decisions.
  • Regularly introduces new ideas that improve our creative testing, audience strategy and campaign scaling.
  • Builds and defends hypotheses using data rather than opinions or marketing 'best practices'.
  • Recognises whether growth constraints come from creatives, audiences, landing pages, pricing, offers or attribution, and proposes the right next actions.
  • Is trusted to challenge existing assumptions with evidence and contributes meaningfully to strategic growth discussions.

Requirements

  • University degree with quantitative majors like engineering, physics, mathematics is strongly preferred.
  • Data driven, you are analytical, like looking at data and derive conclusions from it.
  • Team player who able to work independently on dynamic work environment that requires own thinking and problem solving.
  • Exceptionally curious and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
  • Low ego, highly coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Interested in consumer brands, e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proactive in teaching themselves new skills and sharing new ideas with the team.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
  • Side projects such as Shopify, content creation, freelancing or analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity or marketing workflows.
