🔧 What You’ll Learn & Do
(We train you step-by-step)

Assist with residential garage door and opener installation, repair, and maintenance

Learn safe troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics

Perform safety inspections and follow best practices

Provide professional, friendly service in customers’ homes

Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites

Communicate clearly with teammates and customers

Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work

Follow all safety procedures

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude (required)
- Previous sales experience preferred, with a focus on building customer relationships and recommending solutions

Dependable, responsible, and punctual

High motivation — this role transitions to performance pay

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Willingness to work Saturdays after training

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience in construction, automotive, HVAC, electrical, or general labor is helpful—but not required.
