We are looking for a highly analytical and market-oriented Fund Manager to oversee and expand a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) specializing in long-short equity strategies. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in portfolio management, derivatives, hedging strategies, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with SEBI AIF guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

• NISM Series XIX-E or C Certification (Mandatory and Non-Negotiable)

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee long-short equity portfolios and formulate investment strategies.
• Execute trades and track portfolio performance continuously.
• Deploy derivatives-based hedging and risk management techniques.
• Compile investor reports, NAV disclosures, and provide fund updates.
• Maintain adherence to SEBI Category III AIF regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or MBA in Finance.
