We have recently set up a brand-new, specialised Trust & Safety team (Authenticity) right here in Bengaluru, and we are looking for 4 sharp, analytical minds to join us at the very start of this exciting journey. What Does the Authenticity Team Do?
The Authenticity Team is Bazaarvoice’s specialized fraud detection squad. This role isn't just about reviewing content—it's about pattern recognition and fraud detection. Using our advanced case management systems, you will dive deep into user-generated data to separate authentic human experiences from fake reviews, spam, and bad actors.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Investigate Fraud: Spot, research, and eliminate fraudulent content using our proprietary tracking tools and case management system.

Trend Analysis: Dive into data to identify emerging patterns, spam behaviors, and review manipulation tactics.

Make Decisive Calls: Act confidently when evaluating tricky or obscure cases where fraud isn't immediately obvious.

Hit Your Benchmarks: Own your performance by meeting both speed and quality targets to keep our global queue running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Background & Job Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or trust & safety operations.

Nice to have: Experience with Accertify is a major plus!

Analytical Mindset: A genuine passion for researching data trends and solving complex mysteries.

Feedback-Driven: A positive attitude toward coaching, with the ability to adapt and refine your strategy based on feedback.
Tech & Communication Skills:

Highly proficient with online messaging, web applications, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Exceptional professional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Availability Requirements:

Immediate Availability: You must be able to start on 18th August 2026 (no exceptions).

Hybrid Schedule: Willingness to work from our beautiful Bengaluru office 3 days a week.

Flexibility: Open to working slightly shifted hours a couple of days a month (always with plenty of prior notice).
