  • Analyze and recommend new business opportunities, content collaborations, and brand extensions; partner closely with the Brand Partnerships and Consumer Products teams to transition these strategic recommendations into actionable commercial deals.
  • Support the GM team on growth strategy project management, acting as a key driver for high-level meetings, presentations, and strategic models.
  • Develop clear, data-driven business cases for major investments, such as feature film sequels, international expansion, and new series development.
  • Create high-impact executive presentations and financial models that synthesize internal and external data to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy or operations within the entertainment industry or at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of aligning diverse stakeholders across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Mastery of slide design and financial modeling; you have a proven ability to turn complex data into simple, persuasive narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to look at the "big picture" of a franchise while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and influence a senior leadership team.
