As part of the Food & Beverage Service Crew, you make sure guests enjoy their meals and their time in the restaurant. You serve food and drinks, prepare tables, support buffet or à la carte service and stay present on the floor.

The pace changes throughout the day. Breakfast feels different from dinner service. Some moments are relaxed, others are intense. You stay professional, friendly and focused — even when it gets busy.

It is hospitality. It is structure. It is teamwork.

But it is also a season in Greece. After service, you’re not going back to a grey city — you step outside and you’re already in the sun. You live together with colleagues. You build connections quickly. The season has its own rhythm.

Requirements

You don’t need years of experience, but you should feel comfortable working with people and being on your feet for most of the shift. English communication is essential. Everything else you learn on-site.
